This Asset Manager position offers the chance to build and lead a new Asset Management function for a fast‑growing international renewable energy developer moving into the IPP space. Working across utility‑scale Solar PV, BESS and Onshore Wind assets, the role focuses on establishing core processes, managing external AM and O&M contractors, and optimising performance as projects transition from construction into operations from 2026 onward. The Asset Manager will collaborate closely with finance, development, construction and technical teams, ensure strong reporting for lenders and investors, and support a growing international portfolio. Candidates will bring UK‑based renewable asset management experience, strong technical understanding of Solar/BESS, proven contractor management skills, and the ability to thrive in a hands‑on, fast‑scaling environment.
